Responsibilities: SCCM/Intune Oversee the management and maintenance of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure Take ownership of the laptop build process, ensuring it is managed to best practice and built to meet company/client standard build policy. SCCM/Intune package maintenance. Develop and maintain task sequences for laptop builds. Manage the distribution of updates for Win 10, 11, MS O365 and non-Microsoft applications monthly. Driver updates. Package and deploy software applications to devices using Intune and SCCM. Possess strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration tasks Develop SSRS custom report as required for software update reports, software, and hardware asset tracking and more. Management of the corporate mobile devices in Intune (MDM) Maintaining boundary groups. Assist with policies maintenance Intune/GPO migration. Assist with new policy creation and configuration settings in Intune. Assist with security vulnerabilities remediation. Advise with equipment refresh. GPO Migration to Intune Configuration Profiles Windows 11 Upgrade with SCCM/Intune Windows Autopilot Configuration in Intune DB Creation/ Management IBCM Management Troubleshoot SCCM issues and resolve problems using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. General role Proactive monitoring and prioritization of incoming supports requests on the ticket system. Project work – assisting the project team with the implementation and deployment of software upgrades, new systems, and services in the organization. Develop and maintain support documentation. Meeting agreed SLAs for assigned work. Establishing root cause of incidents and mitigating re-occurrence. Essential criteria Good working knowledge and experience with SCCM and/or Intune experience. Extensive hands-on experience of supporting Windows 10/11 and O365 in an enterprise environment. Extensive experience of Active Directory and Group Policies. PowerShell scripting experience Good working knowledge of Lenovo, HP and Dell hardware. Entra ID and Azure administration.
