Systems Accountant - EPM

The opportunity: Consolidation Systems Accountant - EPM London, 2 days in the office We are working with a fast-growth global organisation in London to recruit an ambitious Systems Accountant who will manage, administer and develop their EPM systems landscape in Oracle FCCS. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this position will manage a suite of financial systems to support the day-to-day operations for the head office, including Oracle FCCS which they are currently implementing for financial consolidation and reporting. As a newly created role, it offers a fantastic opportunity to become the systems owner of Oracle FCCS and drive further development of the solution and identify additional areas of opportunity for process automation as the company grows. About the Role: Key responsibilities include: Support the day-to-day management, administration, and ongoing development roadmap of the Group Finance team’s finance suite, including Oracle FCCS, Sage Intacct and associated tools. Support the testing and maintenance of Oracle FCCS as the system is implemented. Act as first line of support on system issues and queries. Drive continuous improvement for systems and processes. Ensure the system control environment is effective and that system configuration and maintenance tasks are fully documented. Manage the roll-out of new releases, ensuring the system is adequately tested prior to the changes being applied to the live system. Identify new opportunities for systems automation including IFRS reporting, financial planning. Qualifications: To be considered for this position we require candidates to hold demonstrable experience in a finance systems environment, particularly within EPM/CPM systems such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, Infor d/EPM, SAP BPC, OneStream, IBM Cognos Controller, TM1, Tagetik, together with strong business acumen and finance knowledge. Knowledge of a GL system is highly desirable but not essential.
