Change Management & Communications Analyst Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite in Toronto) ⏳ Duration: 12 months Pay Rate: $40.13/hour (T4 candidates only) About the Role: Our client's are seeking a Change Management & Communications Analyst to support enterprise-wide change initiatives. This role involves developing change management strategies, crafting compelling communications, and supporting project deliverables. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including legal and technology departments, to drive engagement and adoption of change. Key Responsibilities: Change Management: Assist in developing and executing change management strategies. Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations. Develop tailored messaging and engagement plans to drive adoption. Track progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions. Communications & Content Creation: Develop and edit communication materials for key stakeholders. Create compelling presentations and messaging for different audiences. Measure communication effectiveness using relevant metrics. Project Management & Reporting: Manage and track project deliverables related to change initiatives. Analyze reports and metrics to assess adoption and engagement. Support executive communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
