Human Resources Business Partner

This is a successful and growing organisation with sites across the North of England – as the People function expands they are now seeking to add more People Partners into their team. As People Partner, you will partner closely with leaders within your business areas to implement and drive business strategy and manage organisational changes through impactful people-related strategies. Your goal will be to optimise workforce development and enhance workplace culture, positioning colleague experience at the core of all initiatives. The People Partner roles offer a unique opportunity to truly impact the organisation’s operational success and enhance the professional lives of the UK based colleagues. You will lead on key projects which will include talent mapping, succession planning, organisation design and alongside this you will coach and support senior management, helping them to implement effective people strategies that align with long-term business goals. We are seeking candidates who are experienced People Partners who enjoy pace, challenge and variety. Candidates should be able to clearly show experience in their abilities to influence and drive decision-making at all levels. This is a unionised environment so experience working with unions is ideal but not essential. Salary is up to £55k plus car / car allowance plus other fabulous benefits. We are seeking candidates who are based in either Newcastle / North East or Manchester/North West. These are hybrid roles with some travel (not frequent).
