Frontend Developer

The Enterprise User Experience team is responsible for designing, building, and supporting world-class technologies for our firm’s Investment and Business teams. We are looking for a Senior Developer with a strong design acumen and proven track record to join our team. Role Overview • Develop and enhance public-facing user interfaces with exceptional design fidelity and technical execution. • Implement Figma designs using advanced CSS paradigms and frameworks such as Tailwind. • Integrate and manage APIs using GraphQL, ensuring low-latency data retrieval and management. • Develop and maintain secure authentication flows including Single-Sign-On and OAuth, with an emphasis on multi-factor authentication. • Work with headless CMS platforms to deliver content-driven websites with intuitive administration. • Optimize website performance using static asset generators like Gatsby or similar technologies. Qualifications & Requirements • Extensive experience with public-facing, high-traffic websites. • Proven expertise in enterprise-grade CSS frameworks, preferably Tailwind. • Strong knowledge of GraphQL and API management. • Experience with complex authentication flows and multi-factor authentication systems. • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and their integration into web projects. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional experience in the following areas is a plus • Experience with static web optimizers such as Gatsby. • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. • Understanding of design and UI/UX principles, and ability to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. • Experience in a high-stakes, dynamic environment, preferably in the financial industry or a similarly regulated sector.
