Job Title: Lead ERP Implementation Consultant Location: Hemel Hempstead, or Remote (with UK travel) Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience About Us: We are a leading provider in the building trade merchant space and wholesale build sector, helping our clients transition from legacy systems to advanced ERP solutions. Our team of 60 professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise. Our offices are in Hemel Hempstead, Cork, and Southampton, offering both office-based and remote working options. The Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead ERP Supply chain consultant to join our team. You will lead enterprise-level projects (2-year projects for 2000 users) and manage a team of consultants to ensure successful ERP implementation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead a team of consultants, managing resources and delegating tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Project Management: Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, working closely with the PMO and other stakeholders. Technical Leadership: Break down complex technical requirements, understand software deliverables, and provide thought leadership to customers. Customer Engagement: Engage with C-suite executives, providing strategic guidance on ERP systems. Collaboration: Work closely with our Centres of Excellence and principal consultants to deliver tailored solutions. Requirements: Experience: Extensive experience in ERP implementation, ideally with exposure to multiple products such as Oracle, SAP, and Epicor. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP architecture and the ability to guide clients on system functionality and integration. Industry Knowledge: Background in supply chain management, with a focus on sales processes and operations (SOP and POP). Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team, both in-house and customer-side. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse business needs and stakeholders.
