Responsibilities: Resolve complex IT issues for clients in a timely and efficient manner across multiple channels, including phone, email, remote login, and on-site Utilize your experience, documentation, and critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve technical problems Lead and mentor the technical support team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Follow existing documented procedures and create or enhance new processes when needed. Document all procedures in our systems Regularly update clients on the status of tickets and resolutions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Participate in and lead regular team huddles to review performance, discuss challenges, and promote teamwork Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including customer service in a technical support role Industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco are required Considerable server experience Preferred 5 years of experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment Proficiency in technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco Networking, Windows Desktop/Server, and mobile technologies (iOS, Android) Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to think creatively and provide alternative solutions Exceptional customer service skills, with a confident phone presence and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to clients and team members Nice to Have: Experience with MSP industry PSA and RMM tools.
