Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a new HRMS solution Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies and gaps in existing HR processes and functions Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across TransLink, CMBC, and BCRTC to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals Develop and implement a detailed strategy and project plan for the transition from PeopleSoft to the new HRMS solution Oversee the integration of the new HRMS with existing internal and external applications, ensuring seamless data transfer and functionality Facilitate communication and engagement with internal employees and external candidates to enhance brand presence through the new system Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; formal training in business analysis and/or process improvement techniques is preferred Minimum of 10 years of senior-level business analysis and process improvement experience, particularly in HRMS implementation projects Proven experience managing complex HRMS projects involving multiple modules and a diverse set of stakeholders Certification as a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Pay Rate: $80-$90.00/hour Please note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
