They have Salesforce at the heart of everything they do, with multiple internal teams utilising the platform to provide customer service, support sales teams and provide the marketing team the support they need. With hundreds of Salesforce users, they need an experienced Salesforce Platform Manager to join them. About the role As the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will take full ownership of the Salesforce platform, driving it forward and ensuring that it continues to deliver for the business. You will support and mentor the wider Salesforce team and serve as the go-to expert for all things Salesforce. It is important that you have experience in a fast-paced environment and have led teams before, working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Skills and requirements The Salesforce Manager will have, but not be limited to the following skills/experience: Excellent hands-on Salesforce configuration skills Experience successfully managing a multi-cloud Salesforce org Able to develop and manage the product roadmap In-depth understanding of Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Great communication skills and an ability to translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams Salesforce Certified Administrator What's on offer?
