About the company We are currently partnered with an exciting Salesforce partner who are currently expanding their team. They work mainly on exciting projects that support amazing non-profit organisations to help them achieve their goals and raise funds for millions of people around the world. About the role As a Salesforce Managed Service Consultant you will play an important role in supporting clients post-implementation to ensure that their Salesforce org is able to function for them without issue. This position isn't simply responding to incoming tickets, but to work proactively with existing clients to identify improvements before they become a problem in the future. Requirements The skills and experience required of the Salesforce Managed Service Consultant will include, but not be limited to: Excellent hands-on Salesforce configuration skills Experience working on Salesforce implementation projects Great experience with products including NPSP and Non-profit Cloud along with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Previous experience working within a Salesforce partner/consultancy Salesforce certified administrator Experience with requirements gathering sessions and liaising with key stakeholders Ability to translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams What's on offer?
