Head of Financial Control

Head of Financial Control required for a high-growth PE backed Telecoms business in London £90,000 - £120,000 bonus and benefits depending on experience A high-growth, PE backed telecoms business are looking to appoint a Head of Financial Control. This role shall focus on providing a best-in-class approach to financial reporting and monthly performance. As the Head of Financial Control, you shall support the business when it comes to accounting processes and policies. Making sure that the business is fully compliant when it comes to external reporting for shareholders and third party relationships. You will also be responsible for managing and leading the team as well as fostering cross-functional collaboration across the business In order to succeed in the role; ACA, ACCA, CPA qualified with at 5 least years PQE. Leadership experience of managing a team Experience of previously working with audit, financial compliance and controls Have the ability to drive change and improver performance and processes Experience of working in a fast growth or unstructured environment Strong excel skills Have a growth mindset with the ability to embrace change Key responsibilities include, but are not limited Support and lead a team, ensuring high performance and working collaboratively across the business with other teams. Responsible for the month financial reporting including co-ordinating the production of management accounts, own the fixed asset register and making sure that CAPEX projects are accounted for correctly Ensuring adequate controls are in place across the business and owning the accounting policies Lead on the audit process Cashflow reporting, producing weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts If you meet the above-mentioned criteria, please apply below.
