£65,000 - £90,000 | Senior Salesforce Consultant | Full Time | Hybrid/Remote | Financial Services Cloud | Experience Cloud | OmniStudio | Service Cloud/Sales Cloud | Architecture I am recruiting for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join an exciting financial services scaleup based in the South West but with the option of coming into their office once every couple of weeks and to work the rest of the time remotely. It’s an exciting time as they have recently launched their new product and are in the process of building out their internal tech team. The company is currently a team of around 50 people and they’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to come in and enhance their Architectural decision making and take the lead on the Salesforce team. What will this role look like? - For the first 3 months of this role, the position will be primarily hands on, working in an agile environment to gain an understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem. - You will be responsible for the salesforce architectural decision making and will be involved in these discussions - Going into the new year, the role will transition into a managerial position, with the chance to line manage 5-6 developers. Which of your skills will be used? -Minimum of 5 years Salesforce development experience -Salesforce FSC highly desirable, although not essential -Experience of Experience Cloud, Mobile Publisher and Omni-Studio desirable, although not essential -Extensive experience of cloud-based systems -Extensive experience of software engineering in an agile environment (SAFe a distinct advantage) -Confidence to deal with and work alongside third party suppliers -Financial Services experience advantageous but not essential -Line management and coaching of more junior Salesforce team members Benefits: -This position is a Senior position offering a salary between £65,000 - £80,000 DOE . -Bupa Health -Up to 8% employer pension -Bonus – company and personal targets dependent.
