Growing the development team is a huge part of their roadmap over the next 12 months… as they look to add enthusiastic and intelligent minds to their current bright-minded workforce who are excited about the mission that they are embarking on as the need and demand for their application is increasing. If you want to liaise directly with scientists and be at the forefront of innovation and creativity within a team who are constantly evolving, with their software becoming more unique and complex, this is the place to be The Role As a Senior/Lead .NET Engineer, you will work on the business’ key core product to decarbonise a crucial supply chain in our everyday life - a web application with a mission to both make our world more sustainable and in turn help business’ achieve their financial goals. You will work on a large, complex application – working directly with scientists to bring their scientific-based visions to life. You will have experience with mapping solutions with clients or internal stakeholders, managing expectations and be able to build solutions right through from initial conception through to delivery. You will develop brand new Web API’s and new features on to the existing application as well as be involved with brand new greenfield products that are on the horizon. You will be preferably a Full Stack Engineer, hungry to learn, passionate about technology with ideally a backend lean. As a Senior/Lead .NET Engineer, you will have a broad technical knowledge and experience within the Microsoft stack. You will have the ability to take what they currently have; and drive the product forward. There may be some modules of the product that you will rebuild from scratch, ensuring that everything is scalable and maintainable. You will thrive in a scale-up situation and an ever-changing landscape – you will have an AGILE mindset and be passionate about bringing your ideas to the team.
