We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our client in the defence sector. This role is integral to the successful operation of the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring robust execution of tasks, process improvement, and effective project lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO operations, with the ability to work at pace and with meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: PMO Operations: Work within the PMO team to ensure the effective execution of all tasks, adhering to established processes and standards. Process Mapping & Improvement: Understand and apply process mapping techniques and continuous process improvement methods to enhance PMO efficiency. Organizational Excellence: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all PMO activities are completed accurately and on time. Project Lifecycle Management: Support the management of the project lifecycle, including demand and pipeline management, and capability planning. Meeting Facilitation: Manage and run PMO meetings, focusing on demand review, prioritization, and task assignment to ensure alignment with business objectives. Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience working within PMO teams, demonstrating strong execution capabilities. Solid understanding of process mapping and process improvement methodologies. Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive knowledge of the project lifecycle, demand and pipeline management, and capability planning. Experience in managing and facilitating PMO meetings, with the ability to review, prioritize, and assign tasks effectively.
