Position: ServiceNow Engagement Manager Location: London or Dublin (hybrid working at either region) Salary: up to £85,000 per annum (DOE) Why Join Us? UK-based, with willingness to travel for client engagements, and eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. Responsibilities: Lead consulting and project engagements across all project stages, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, budget, and client satisfaction. Manage all aspects of project delivery teams. Develop client-facing and internal deliverables. Provide expert leadership in process design and planning workshops. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings based on client feedback. Qualifications: Formal ServiceNow certifications. Proven experience managing client engagements from pre-sales to expansion. Ability to oversee financial, resourcing, planning, risk, and quality aspects of client technology programs. Consulting experience preferred. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills. Strong communication skills across various platforms. Proficient problem-solving abilities and a quick grasp of new technologies. Demonstrated expertise in project and engagement management.
