E-Commerce Manager Location: Vancouver, BC Full - time Permanent, Hybrid Salary: $70,000 - $ 90,000 annually Benefits About the Role We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our healthcare e-commerce platform. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the user experience on our Shopify store, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), AI-driven strategies, and paid media campaigns. Your goal is to increase website traffic, conversions, and average order value through data-driven tactics and innovative AI solutions. You'll oversee paid media across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook, implement AI-powered personalization, and collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure a seamless experience. You will also use analytics tools to track performance and provide insights to guide strategic decisions. About You You are an experienced E-Commerce Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2C e-commerce, including expertise in Shopify, AI tools, and SEO. You have successfully managed paid media campaigns, using platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and have integrated AI to drive CRO and patient engagement. You are a strategic thinker, skilled in analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, and have a strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics. Your experience with AI-driven personalization and email automation (e.g., Klaviyo) allows you to create tailored user experiences that increase customer loyalty and retention. You’re a proactive problem-solver, capable of leading cross-functional teams and executing initiatives that drive growth.
