Sr. to Lead Software Engineer - Consumer Health Platform - up to $260k

The company's product is in the realms of healthcare, consumer web, consumer mobile, and enterprise software. The company is reducing the cost and improving the quality of healthcare.

The company has about 100 employees and 25 engineers, and is rapidly growing.

The company will pay competitive salary (up to $260k depending on experience), yearly bonuses, and equity which could be valuable.

Job Responsibilities:

- Building services for millions of users

- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as product and design

- Engineering for performance, scalability, and reliability

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Expertise in building scalable and robust server platforms

- At least 5 years of professional experience

- Expertise in either Java or Python or Go

- Willingness/ability to learn (if necessary) and primarily program in Java

Nice to have:

- Leadership expeirence

- A strategic mindset

- Startup experience
