Senior Business Analyst

Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst in the Murex Back Office Program, you will drive strategic development and change initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll analyze business needs, identify improvements, and deliver innovative solutions for stakeholders. Details of the Role: Duration: October 2024 - June 2025 Extension Location: On-site in London (at least 3 days per week) Rate: Daily Rate Inside IR35 Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Analyze stakeholder requirements and market trends to spot opportunities for innovation. Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with program goals. Solution Design: Collaborate with tech teams to create solution designs, functional specs, and process flows. Operating Model: Help define operating models, including processes, roles, and technology needs. Operational Readiness: Oversee change readiness, working with teams to implement processes and controls, and provide training. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with clients, product managers, developers, and QA to ensure project alignment. Risk Assessment: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Support QA teams in reviewing test plans and ensuring deliverable quality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience in business analysis or product development, preferably in asset servicing or investment management. Strong understanding of Global FX, Back Office Operations, and financial instruments. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver products on time and within budget. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile practices. Business analysis and project management certifications are a plus.
