Social Data Analyst role at a fast-growing independent performance / paid social agency. Salary to £40,000 bonus. Based Central London (2 days required in office per week). Summary This role has huge growth potential – potentially to grow the team and manage a small department in years to come Across a range of clients with a big B2C brand focus You will ideally have experience with Looker (or similar) and be super-interested in social analytics and presenting data in clear, translatable ways for clients Focus is paid social but also keen to expand on organic social analytics As a Data Analyst, you'll contribute to the agencies growth by diving deep into data from platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok to unearth insights that shape our campaigns. The business has ambitious growth targets and are looking to organically grow to double in size by 2026. They have an inclusive working environment where team togetherness is promoted, including team lunches and Thursday night social’s. Key Responsibilities: Data Integration - Integrate data from multiple sources using Funnel, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for analysis. Report Creation - Create and maintain Looker Studio reports for daily decision-making, continuously improving their accuracy and usefulness. Experimentation - Run structured experiments, identify testing opportunities, implement them, manage rewards, and communicate results. Data Analysis - Conduct incrementality studies, analyze trends using spreadsheets and Python notebooks, and provide detailed insights. Tracking - Audit tracking setups, build tracking maps, and help clients troubleshoot tracking issues. What We Need from You: 3 years’ experience within a social / data analyst role Proficiency in using spreadsheets for daily tasks. Strong data analysis skills to surface insights and present them clearly. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings. B2C client experience Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in data handling. Knowledge of marketing data and its complexities. Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python is highly desirable. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and paid media management tools. Experience running A/B tests and reporting findings. Interest in AI trends and technologies for measuring metrics in social media.
