Product Owner

Role: M365 Product Owner Location: Wokingham, UK Duration: 6 Months Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO) Rate: GBP 400/day (Inside IR35) JD: Job purpose and primary objectives: As a Microsoft 365 Product Owner, you will be responsible for implementing and rolling out the Microsoft 365 (M365) & PowerApps suite across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the M365 platform, working with business departments to ensure smooth implementation, adoption and maintenance of the solution. Additionally, you will proactively promote the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite of features and driving adoption of these services. Key responsibilities: Contributing and participating in design work and platform changes, • Adopting the M365 technology product roadmap in organization and managing development priorities agreed with business owners, • Providing documentation including operational procedures, policies and processes for M365, preparing Knowledge base articles, promotional messages and training, • On a day-to-day basis, monitoring Microsoft product updates, assessing their impact on the service and communicating to key stakeholders (e.g., Service Desk, customers), • Respond to the technical compliance of the platform with IT strategy, including enterprise architecture, cyber security, licensing compliance. • Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting for the End User Computing environment and related applications. Key Skills/Knowledge: • Demonstrated experience of product management • Expert level understanding of M365, • Knowledge of Azure, SQL, DEVOPS, PowerApps, • Business acumen in order to communicate effectively with business and IT in day-to-day operations, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, • Experience of story mapping for customer/system/process journeys • A deep understanding of metric creation to track value and learnings • Microsoft 365 Certified • Product Ownership, (Scrum or Safe would be desirable) experience
