Join my client's CXM Practice as a CXM Contact Centre Consultant - D365, where you'll bring your expertise in contact centre operations and help drive their clients’ success. You’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality solutions while managing projects and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Design tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Collaborate with clients to understand pain points and offer process improvements. Oversee solution testing, deployment, and user training to ensure smooth implementation. Provide expert guidance on contact centre technologies, including IVR, workforce management, and non-voice channels. Communicate findings and results clearly to stakeholders and clients. Stay updated on industry best practices and Microsoft guidelines to ensure compliance. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (5 years) in delivering complex contact centre solutions. Hands-on expertise in a range of contact centre technologies (Inbound Voice, Automated Dialling, Workforce Management). Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple business units. Passion for innovation, technology, and helping clients maximise their digital investment.
