Exciting Opportunity: Systems Developer Wanted for a Leading Manufacturing Business Are you a systems developer passionate about continuous improvement and process optimization? Do you thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment? We're working with a highly successful business based in Telford, and they're seeking a Systems Developer to join their growing team, in an onsite role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement custom systems solutions to meet business needs. Analyse and redesign business processes to drive efficiency. Collaborate with teams to enhance data integration and system performance. Maintain and support various databases and systems. Drive continuous improvements in workflows and processes. Required Skills: Proven experience in systems development and process design. Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and programming languages. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in web development is beneficial. Desirable: Experience in a manufacturing environment. Degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
