They are looking for a organised and focused IT Business Analyst with up to 4 years’ experience. The purpose of the role is to work as part of a small, Agile IT Implementation team, supporting developers, analysts & business users/managers in the delivery of new software implementations by both testing & capturing requirements and providing the documentation and direction for the development team to further and deliver to the business. You will be collaborating with customers to validate solutions and ensures user requirements are met. A seamless and detailed documentation of all processes is essential. Key Skills: Between 2-4 years’ experience in a similar Business Analyst (BA) role carrying out business analysis-related activities or proven test engineering experience Experience of working with developers in an Agile environment Ability to work on own initiative and as a part of a team implementing business solutions across Go-To-Market, Investment Process, and Supporting Services Analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex business problems with excellent user outcomes Strong documentation and requirements experience and able to build high quality documents for implementation and development teams. Comfortable demonstrating software processes to potentially large audiences and senior management. In depth QA and testing – negative and regression, alongside functional testing, and data validation Strong & effective communication of business change and processes. The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes The ability to motivate others and lead change. Technical Specification High reliability and conscientiousness, thorough documenting skills A good understand and grasp of information technology. Experience using modelling languages such as UML and BPMN. Perform UAT new releases Gain an understanding of the current operational procedures, including all the input/outputs within the existing architectural data landscape some exposure to at least one programming language
