Responsibilities: Maintaining the internal IT infrastructure. Participating in project work required. Provide technical support for servers and applications both on prem and in the cloud. Provide 3rd level support and act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line. Configuration and support of firewalls, routers, switches, and servers.
