Senior Product Designer

Our client is a leading fund in London, seeking a Senior Product Designer to perform a crucial part in the product and design vision for their team, where they regard creativity and problem-solving highly. The successful candidate will be capable, and motivated, to convert insights into tangible ideas, and excel in an environment surrounded by the best engineers in the world. Must be an experienced Senior Product Designer with experience in the Fintech space or B2B roles, designing complex enterprise systems. Responsibilities Conduct deep research with internal stakeholders to discover opportunities for improvements. Own the whole lifecycle for the product design of crucial financial applications for the business. Collaborate with the design team for design reviews to achieve a continuous improvement environment. Define the strategy and design direction for high-impact initiatives. Interact with colleagues across the business, from engineers, researchers, and product managers to construct the most modern solutions in the industry. Requirements: 5 years working on UX and/or product design. Proven track record in B2B or Fintech role, working on complex enterprise design, for at least 3 years. Proficiency with designing tool (Figma required), must have portfolio available. Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) Degree in HCI, Graphic Design or a related field.
