Role Description Grow with Seidor, a global SAP platinum partner recognized for its expertise and success in delivering innovative SAP solutions. As a Midmarket Sales Executive (MSE), you will play a key role in our dynamic sales team. This is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full SAP portfolio with a strong emphasis on ERP. You will manage relationships with prospect/customer accounts and leverage best-in-class digital sales technologies, social tools, and offerings to win business and create lasting customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the identification and sale of migration projects for legacy SAP ECC customers transitioning to SAP S/4HANA with SAP RISE. Additionally, you will identify and manage a pipeline of greenfield opportunities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, overseeing and supporting other sales team members in executing these opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Drive Revenue : Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve sales targets and quota. Demand Generation Planning : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Innovation & Optimization team, Marketing, Partner Business Managers, to ensure coverage. Qualify Leads : Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals. Communicate Sales Plans : Regularly update key stakeholders on sales strategies and progress. Pipeline Management : Use CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting. What Will You Do in Your Day-to-Day? Identify and Sell Migration Projects : Lead the effort to sell migration projects, helping legacy SAP ECC customers transition to SAP S/4HANA with SAP RISE and benefit from the latest innovations. Manage Greenfield Opportunities : Identify and oversee a pipeline of greenfield opportunities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring seamless execution by supporting other sales team members. Manage the Entire Sales Cycle of Grow Opportunities : Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise. Conduct Market Research and Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback to internal teams to help shape product offerings and improve customer experiences. What Do We Expect From You? A degree in technical or business-related fields (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field). 5-10 years of experience in software or high-tech sales, specifically with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other ERP solutions. Experience in the management of New Business Sales and Account Management. Proficiency in English Familiarity with the Midmarket area preferred. Experience building robust pipeline through outbound activity, and networking. A high-energy team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and partners, preferably with C-Suite Executives. Results-oriented with a passion to learn and a desire to grow a division. Proven ability to manage or work as part of a virtual team an advantage. What Will You Find at Seidor?
