Principal Engineer

As a Principal Engineer Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic technical guidance and leadership to our clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in software and cloud engineering to shape and execute technology strategies in collaboration with senior executives. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical proficiency and high-level strategic thinking, enabling you to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with VP and C-suite executives to understand business objectives and develop technology strategies that drive innovation and growth. Provide expert technical consultation on software and cloud engineering, including architecture, design, and implementation. Lead the design and execution of complex cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices. Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Act as a thought leader, staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients. Drive technical excellence in project delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security. Assist in business development activities by identifying opportunities for new services and solutions within client engagements. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally as a Principal Engineer, Architect, or similar, within a consulting or enterprise environment. Extensive background in software and cloud engineering, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex systems. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern software development practices. Experience working closely with VP and C-suite executives, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with business goals. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for driving team success. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multiple industries, with a broad understanding of how technology drives business value. Certification in cloud platforms or enterprise architecture.
