Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: On-Site – Richmond Hill, ON, M-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9-5pm Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond Hill, ON . This on-site role involves working at an OEM , selling network and security hardware directly to current clientele. The primary focus is on cross-selling, upselling existing clients , and prospecting warm leads to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to uncover additional sales opportunities. Focus on cross-selling and upselling within the current client base to maximize revenue. Engage with warm leads to identify new prospects and expand market reach. Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotations for network and security hardware solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on OEM products , industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions. Qualifications 2-3 years of inside sales experience in a B2B or technology sales environment. Strong understanding of network and security hardware solutions is preferred. Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell , and prospect leads effectively. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
