Bilingual Network Support Specialist

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Network Support Specialist to join their talented team. The ideal candidate would be responsible to provide technical support and service for both internal employees and external customers on their technical needs. As a Bilingual Network Support Specialist you are passionate about following up as required with customers to ensure problems were resolved and/or recommend further action to ensure customer satisfaction. You also thrive in ambiguous situations, with the ability to be a self-starter and find solutions with/without guidance. About You: Bilingual in French and English with excellent written and verbal skills Passionate problem solver with a knack for networking and technology Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations About Our Client: Innovative company with a dynamic and talented team Dedicated to providing top-notch technical support to customers Responsibilities: Provide direct web and telephone technical support to clients Troubleshoot a wide range of networking products Collect and analyze customer network information to recommend solutions Educate customers on networking and product knowledge Consult technical documentation for known issues Follow up and manage technical cases until resolution Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the case lifecycle Qualifications: Experience in technical support within networking/security or equivalent education Strong understanding of SOHO and SMB networking products Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Previous call center experience supporting data networking products is a plus Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Proficient in WiFi technologies and peripherals (AP, Wireless controllers, range extenders, Mesh) If Interested : Please send your resume and project list in confidence to Kevin Budhram at kbudhramsearchlabs.ca for consideration.
