Keep reading to find out the type of person we are looking for WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? This person will be crucial in shaping our CRM solutions and our offering, it requires a blend of expertise across technical, strategic and consultative. Strong Client communication skills are essential as you will bridge the gap between their business needs and the technical execution that's carried out. You will be responsible for overseeing various type of projects such as new implementations, rip out implantations and rebuilds. By conducting in depth discovery sessions you will understand exactly what our clients need and be able to design comprehensive and technically specific blueprints for technical specialists to implement. As a leader in the implementation process you will help to coach and mentor other members of the CRM team, sharing your knowledge to help shape their skills. This role is best suited to a seasoned CRM professional who is looking to work in a collaborative environment and leverage technology to solve business' problems.
