The CTO Role: Technology Strategy : Define and implement a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with our vision and goals, ensuring we remain at the forefront of fintech innovation. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop our engineering and IT teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and support our growth. Innovation & Growth : Identify and integrate new technologies to drive innovation and business growth, keeping us ahead of industry trends. Collaboration : Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to release and deploy quality cycles. Ensuring all technology practices comply with regulatory standards and best practices. Risk Management : Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, and IT infrastructure to minimize risks and ensure operational continuity. CTO - Essential Skills: Bachelor’s Degree : A degree in a technology-related field is required. Management Experience : Demonstrated experience at a management level in software engineering, preferably within the fintech sector, with a proven track record of driving significant change. Technical Expertise : Proficient in managing and advising on complex software development lifecycles (SDLCs) and architecture, including experience with AWS, APIs, microservices, Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and AI technologies. Audit Experience : Experienced in participating in and guiding SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audits towards certification.
