The position will report in to the head of engineering and work closely with him to ensure all tickets are completed in a timely manner, including supporting some of the US team, the roughly estimated 10 tickets per day, are very much orientated around SQL queries/joins/procedures, debugging them, or passing them back across to the development team to correct.
