Procurement Officer

Could you be the Procurement Officer with this leading UK Investment Bank? You will play a crucial role in overseeing third-party due diligence, supporting budget development, mitigating procurement risks, and driving continuous improvement in procurement practices while maintaining accurate records. Your main focal points will be conducting market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, managing the entire procurement process from tendering to contract management, and collaborating with contract owners to monitor supplier performance. This role involves communicating with executives for contract approvals, forecasting IT product demand, managing IT purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with licensing and procurement policies. This a hybrid role, 3 days in office is the norm here. You can expect to have the freedom and flexibility to make the position your own, being trusted to get straight in.
