We are partnering with a world leading technology company for a Senior Architect to lead the transformation of essential on-premise applications into modern, cloud-based solutions. This is your chance to work on one of our largest and most exciting projects, collaborating with over 60 talented professionals across 7 dynamic Product teams. What You'll Do: Re-architect & Refactor: Transform legacy applications for seamless migration to AWS Cloud, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, supportability, and cost-efficiency (FinOps). Technology Selection: Choose the best-fit technologies for your Product team, tailoring solutions to meet specific project requirements. Innovate: Apply your expertise in AWS services, integration technologies (including IBM MQ), pub/sub system design, REST API development, and Cloud Migration Roadmap planning. Collaborate: Work within an Agile delivery framework alongside a diverse team of Engineers, Designers, a BA, Scrum Master, and a Senior Technical Lead. Partner closely with a Client Product Manager who brings hands-on experience with the products you’ll be modernising. What We're Looking For: Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in re-architecting and refactoring applications for cloud readiness, with a deep understanding of AWS services. Technical Prowess: Experience in integration technologies, pub/sub systems, REST API design, and crafting Cloud Migration Roadmaps. Agile Mindset: Comfortable working within an Agile environment, contributing to iterative development processes.
