Project Delivery Specialist

UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL WITH SABRE The Project Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in the successful planning, execution and completion of our various projects. In supporting and liaising with the various project managers, designers, assembly teams, and functional staff, you will ensure that the fundamental processes, systems, and best practices are in alignment with the company's overall objectives. You are a strong communicator, collaborative and highly organized. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure Compliance with Standards Uphold adherence to SABRE Estimating, Design, and Project Management standards by ensuring all projects align with established processes and frameworks, maintaining consistency and quality in project delivery Promote Workflow Efficiency Drive the adoption of Lean or Agile practices to optimize workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency across the electrical design and manufacturing lifecycle Knowledge Management and Team Development Facilitate the integration of knowledge capture and sharing methodologies within the Design team. Collaborate with management to develop and support a Competency Assessment and Development Program for continuous skill enhancement Support Technological Integration Assist in implementing and utilizing technology solutions to improve project tracking, communication, and collaboration. Ensure that tools are effectively leveraged to streamline project management processes Continuous Improvement and Risk Management Identify project dependencies and potential bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflows. Implement continuous improvement practices to refine delivery processes and enhance team performance. Participating in post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and recommend actionable improvements for future projects Administrative and Evaluative Support Provide senior administrative support to Team Leads and the Management Team QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Post-secondary education in business, engineering or related is required 5 years’ related experience (Business Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, or PM experience an asset) Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD (preferred) Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills Excellent leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and multi-tasking skills WHY SABRE?
