Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an EHS Advisor on a permanent basis, 9 months (maternity cover) located in Newcastle Upon Tyne (hybrid working) Responsibilities: · Support delivery of outstanding EHS performance across all work sites. · Support delivery of an EHS-driven culture by actively engaging with employees and contractors at all levels and influencing behaviour. · Provide EHS advice, considering changing business needs and technological advancements, to ensure effective risk control. · Support delivery of conformance with EHS requirements through the management of an externally certified management system (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001). · Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to share best practices and elevate EHS standards. · Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned to continuously improve our safety performance. · Support the development of and implementation of EHS risk-based strategies to enhance safety performance in key risk areas. · Support compliance with EHS training and competency requirements and deliver induction training. · Identify digitalisation opportunities to meet future EHS needs of the business.
