General Responsibilities • Coordinates with product owner and project team to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications. • Under minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of the CRM and enhancement of existing systems. • Communicates the business case to the project team to assist with decision-making and prioritization; keeps the business case at the forefront to drive decisions. • Acts as liaison between technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership on project status, issues, and risks. • Monitors processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies. • Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements. • Provide regular visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.). • Utilize project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery. • Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements, do sanity checks, and review test cases • Provide acceptance criteria for stories and defects. • Write acceptance criteria for stories and defects Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
