Technical Support Engineer (Water Treatment) Remote Based £50,000 Car or Car Allowance Great benefits We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with Water Treatment knowledge and experience to join our client. The ideal candidate will be either an ex Service Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in the Water Treatment industry who is looking for a role which provides remote technical support to Service Engineers out in the field. Key Responsibilities: Be the technical expert and point of contact between Service Engineers and Manufacturer for products. Must have a strong understanding of Water Technologies including: Ion Exchange, Reverse Osmosis and Continuous Electro-Deionisation Undertake all documentation reports and work instructions for new products to solve issues that Field Service Engineers cannot whilst in the field. Feedback to manufacturer’s the issues in order to create solutions for customers Visit client sites across the UK where necessary to solve issues Key Attributes: 5 to 10 years’ experience minimum working with Water Technologies including: Ion Exchange, Reverse Osmosis and Continuous Electro-Deionisation Strong attention to detail with good Admin skills to create documentation and reports
