Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Systems Analyst to support the implementation, testing, and ongoing support of software and data solutions within our organization. This role requires a well-rounded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly learn new technologies, and has a strong foundation in databases, systems architecture, and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into clear technical specifications and design plans Support the implementation and testing of new software solutions, including basic workflow setups and SharePoint ticketing systems Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing software and data platforms Administer and manage databases (SQL, Oracle) and support integrations with tools such as Salesforce and municipal software (CityView, CityWide) Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to guide decision-making and improve business performance Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency Create comprehensive documentation for system designs, processes, and procedures Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Systems Analyst/Solutions Analyst/Sharepoint Analyst or similar role Strong working knowledge of SharePoint (implementation and administration experience required) Solid understanding of database systems, data architecture, and integration (SQL, Oracle) Experience working with or a willingness to learn municipal software platforms such as CityView and CityWide Familiarity with Salesforce and basic ticketing workflows Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a wide range of technologies and tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have: Experience with GIS systems (not mandatory) Exposure to working with third-party development teams
