Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of service technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for after-sales clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues. Quotations & Estimates: Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service jobs and installations. Service Prioritization: Ensure service requests are managed based on customer priority. Quality & Process Improvement: Implement service standards and seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in a service-based role. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, file-sharing software, and service management tools. Knowledge of construction drawings, integrated security systems (CCTV, access control), and telecommunications networks is a plus.
