Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, looking for an Oracle Fusion Data Business Analyst to partner with them and become an associate to support the consulting firm in delivering a comprehensive Oracle Fusion transformation programme for a large financial services firm. This programme is designed to enhance and streamline the firm's financial operations, leveraging Oracle Fusion's capabilities to drive efficiency, compliance, and business agility. Contract Assignment Details: Location: London (Hybrid Working – 1 day per week) Duration: Initial 6 months (with potential extension) Day Rate: £475 per day via PAYE all in The Oracle Fusion Data Business Analyst will play a crucial role in this transformation programme by focusing on understanding business needs and translating them into data-driven solutions. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that data insights align with business objectives. The analyst will be involved in business process modelling, process improvement, and ensuring that data solutions support strategic goals. The Oracle Fusion Data Business Analyst will need experience in: Financial Services experience is key ORACLE Fusion experience Focus on Business Processes: Engage in understanding and modelling business processes to align data solutions with business strategies. Bridging the Gap: Serve as a vital link between the business side and technical teams, ensuring that data projects meet business needs. Data Interpretation for Business Use: Interpret and present data in ways that inform and guide business decisions, using data visualisation tools to highlight trends and patterns. Broader Skill Set: Apply a diverse skill set that includes data analysis, business analysis, project management, and a foundational understanding of data tools like SQL or reporting tools. Expertise in data analysis and reporting using Oracle Fusion's reporting tools Important Note: As part of the onboarding process, Associates will undergo comprehensive financial and criminal background checks, which may take up to two weeks to complete.
