This is a hybrid position (2x a week in the office) in Downtown Toronto. In this role, you will join a non-profit and member-based organization in Downtown Toronto. You will join a new team in the company, and will transform data into clear, compelling insights that will fuel this organization’s programs and impact. You will join a tight-knit team, and will need strong SQL, Power BI, and Python skills. This company is onboarding Dynamics 365, and previous experience with this (or a similar CRM) will be helpful to have. What you will do and how you will make an impact … Collect, evaluate, and transform raw data into actionable insights that support organizational objectives. Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to clearly communicate key findings. Respond to unique requests from the business and deliver tailored data analyses to support organizational initiatives. Play an integral role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data within the organization’s database systems. Effectively communicate technical data insights to non-technical teams, empowering business users and decision-makers. You will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data insights are actionable for business users. Why we are excited about you … You have experience working with marketing, and customer engagement data. You have previous experience working with Dynamics 365, or a comparable CRM. You have strong data storytelling and communication skills. You are curious, and proactive. Qualifications … Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
