Technical Support Analyst 5 days a week - Wolverhampton Competitive Salary with bonus We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to help provide technical support across an entire IT estate, for a company that are morally green and looking to make an impact on the world in a big way. Some of the main responsibilities are: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues reported Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, business applications and the data team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth delivery. Document all support activities, including incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, in the ticketing system Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation, adopting ITIL processes and procedures The successful applicant will have experience in the below; 3 years as 3rd Line/Infrastructure Engineering. 3 years’ significant experience in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role. Significant experience of working with Windows, macOS and Android, Microsoft Intune, Azure and O365. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals. They are looking for passionate, can-do, positive people, that love working with technology, have a real passion for devices, equipment and fixing problems and who wants to take the initiative to find solutions.
