Solutions Architect- Service Operations

Solutions Architect- Service Operations Contract- 3 months initially to extend- 2-year project September start date INSIDE IR35 Nottingham based I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Retail and Pharma in company in Nottingham for a Solutions Architect to join their Service Operations Team. We are looking to engage with an experienced Solutions Architect with a background in Service Management that can support a large, complex digital transformation programme of work. As Solutions Architect you will elicit the requirements of service operations to enable them to run the new platform and to produce a solution design as part of the solution blueprint to meet these requirements. This will cover monitoring Inc. performance, logging, resilience, dashboard tools etc. To ensure service needs are met across the solution blueprint. Experience required: Experience of complex service landscapes across multiple integrated systems and several partners and software vendors Experience of retail web sites and mobile apps Experience of operating web sites and mobile apps and technology/features required to enable service operations. Experience of transformation programmes Experience of Salesforce platform and support of it, relationship with Salesforce support function Able to work with the service team to elicit Service requirements to feed into the design to ensure ease of operability, including service related NFR’s and SLA’s e,g, backup/restore, monitoring, and disaster recovery etc, able to advocate for these and ensure they are met in the design across the Salesforce clouds and wider architecture Knowledgeable on website/mobile operational dashboards, able to feed this into the solution design and validate it is met Gravitas to be able to influence and challenge the solution design to ensure it is fit for purpose for service (with support from Service Management) and to gain approval for the service ops solution design Able to work with partners and Salesforce architects collaboratively and with influence If you are an experienced Architect with a strong background in service design, service management and Salesforce, please apply here or email your CV to katie.mcgovernrethinktalent.io
