Business Change Manager

Business Change Manager Contract- 3 months initially September start date INSIDE IR35 Nottingham based I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Retail and Pharma company in Nottingham for 2 x Change Managers to join them on a contractual basis. They are soon to embark on 2 huge transformation programmes of work, one in digital and one in Pharma. They are at the start of the journey and are keen to engage with Change Managers who can support them in creating a clear vision of how to engage the business and what the journey will look like. As Change Manager you will develop and deliver an integrated change strategy and approach, for the programme ensuring seamless transitions during organisational transformations. You will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the implementation of organisational change initiatives and change management capabilities for a transformational change programme. We are looking to engage with a Change Manager who has vast experience in Change Management, ideally transformations. A Change Manager who can take a holistic approach, be involved from the very start, not just business readiness- we need someone to set the agenda, design change strategy and deliver.
