Role: Senior Business Analyst - Banking Domain Permanent position Job Description The candidate should be open to travel as per the project requirement within London /Glasgow . Strong Experience in Retail Banking Knowledge on Savings, Deposits, Consumer Finance, Property Finance, Business Finance Strong knowledge on lending business processes like Initiation, sourcing, Onboarding, origination, Underwriting, Disbursement, Servicing, Collections. Understanding of Funding for funding. Understanding of Credit products and Bank lending practices. Experience of working in Individual contributor role and collaborating with multiple stakeholders from Project Initiation, Requirement gathering, Design, Development, Test, UAT, Go Live stages as a Functional SME Strong in Project and People Management As Is and To Be process documentations, Process improvements, Gap Analysis SOP/Process and other professional documentation Testing Additional Abilities, Skills & Knowledge: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, leadership & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner.
