Our client in financial and well being space is seeking an Intermediate Product Owner to play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Duration: 12 months Location: remote Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog , ensuring that user stories deliver maximum value to customers and end users. Align with stakeholders to define the product delivery roadmap , focusing on Minimum Marketable Features (MMF) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) . Leverage performance analytics to track key product metrics, recommend improvements, and implement strategies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Lead Sprint Planning and support Sprint Refinement by working collaboratively with developers, UX designers, and QA teams. Establish and foster cross-functional partnerships across teams to drive strategic alignment and product success. Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience managing product backlogs. Ability to analyze product data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around a shared vision. Experience working with development teams, UX designers, and QA testers to ensure high-quality product delivery. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools is an asset. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification. Exposure to A/B testing, product analytics tools, or user research methodologies.
