They operate informally but are guided by a leading software methodology, and are constantly optimising their processes. They are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join their team. What You’ll Do: As a Senior Python Backend Developer you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including core developments, APIs, game engines, and customer integrations. You'll have the freedom to specialise in areas that interest you most and take on as much responsibility as you're ready for. Tech Stack & Tools: Python3, Go, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL FastAPI, Starlet, RESTful, GraphQL Docker, Git, GitLab, Slack, Google Docs Asynchronous Programming, Shell/Bash/Unix What We’re Looking For Must Haves -At least 5 years of strong commercial software engineering experience with a minimum 2 years in Python -Solid OOP skills on a Python software stack -Relational database experience -A deep understanding of backend web application development and OLTP Should Haves: Web frameworks/RESTful APIs experience Competency with Git and SQL Test-driven development Shell/Bash/Unix familiarity Beneficial experience: Experience with FastAPI/Starlet GraphQL, Docker, and asynchronous programming knowledge The company have a wealth of benefits including healthcare, company bonus.
