Our client, a successful and growing telecommunications company, is seeking an Account Manager to join their thriving sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth within a fast-paced and innovative industry. Location: Bolton Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year OTE: £40,000 - £60,000 Job Type: Full-time About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will focus on securing qualified appointments, developing sales opportunities, and driving new business. With full training provided to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills, this role offers excellent prospects for career development in a highly rewarding sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow your sales pipeline by introducing the company's range of telecoms products and services to clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships. Maintain close contact with existing clients to drive retention and identify new opportunities. Use the CRM system to track and provide visibility into new business opportunities. Deliver engaging webinars and on-site demonstrations to potential clients. Recognize and act on customer behavior triggers to minimize churn and secure retention. What We’re Looking For: A creative self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Someone who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with appropriate telecoms solutions. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the telecoms or technology sectors (e.g., Mobile, Hosted Telephony, Connectivity Services, IT, and Managed Services). A passionate, motivated, and results-driven professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. Key Performance Indicators: Meeting and exceeding personal revenue targets and quotas. Generating leads, developing a strong prospect pipeline, and securing new business.
