They are seeking a talented Service Delivery Manager to lead our service delivery operations and manage key vendor relationships. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and operational efficiency of services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and implement best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced start-up environment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee service delivery operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction -Develop IT service management strategies using your advanced ITIL knowledge - Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders - Managing the outsourced delivery of cybersecurity, cloud technology as well as infrastructure management.
